This policy describes how fortcollinsgates.com (“the site”) handles information from people who visit it, send its estimate form or call its phone number. The site is operated by Axym LLC.

What the estimate form collects

The form asks for a name and phone number, and optionally an area or address, the gate type (swing, slide or not sure), the kind of help needed (installation, repair or access control) and a message.

With each submission, the site also records the time it was sent, the sender’s IP address and browser type (user agent), and the result of its automated spam checks.

How form submissions are handled

Spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission comes from a person. To do that, Turnstile receives a verification token from the form and the sender’s IP address. The site also runs its own checks, such as a hidden field and the time taken to fill in the form.
Storage. Every submission is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a data store run by Cloudflare.
Email. Submissions that pass the spam checks are emailed to the site’s leads inbox, [email protected], through Resend, an email delivery service. Submissions classified as spam are stored but not emailed.
The details are used to respond to the request.

Phone calls

The site’s phone number, (970) 709-7783, is routed through Twilio, a telephone service. Calls may be recorded, and callers’ phone numbers are logged. Calls may be forwarded to an independent gate company serving the area.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how its pages are used, including taps on the phone number and form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies. Visitors can block or delete cookies in their browser settings.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes each visitor’s IP address and request details in order to serve the pages.

Sharing

Form submissions and call details may be passed to an independent gate company serving the area so it can respond to the request. Information is also shared with the service providers named on this page (Cloudflare, Resend, Twilio and Google) as needed to run the site, and where the law requires it.

Children

The site is about driveway gates for property owners and is not directed to children under 13.
